You may use the site to learn about our brushless DC pumps, request quotes, download datasheets, and contact our team. You may not:

4. Inquiries Are Not Contracts

Submitting an inquiry, RFQ, or sample request does not create a binding contract. A purchase order becomes binding only when we accept it in writing (email or signed PO acknowledgment).

5. Custom OEM/ODM Work

For custom development (mold, connector, controller, voltage), we will provide a separate written quotation that supersedes the general site information. NDAs are signed before any sensitive design data is exchanged.

6. Lead Times, MOQ, and Pricing

Standard lead time, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and pricing shown on the site are typical values. Actual figures depend on customization scope, order volume, and current production load and will be confirmed in your formal quote.

7. Warranty

Our standard pump warranty is three years from shipment for circulation models and five years for selected aquarium models, against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Detailed warranty terms are stated in your written quote and order confirmation. Damage caused by improper installation, dry running, abrasive media, freezing, or unauthorized modification is excluded.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLDC PUMP Co., Ltd.’s liability for any loss arising out of your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the related product, if any.
